KETK reports the suspect was caught at the Village at the U Apartments on the 3000 block of Old Omen Road. He has been identified as Jaylon Takory Rutherford, 19, of Texarkana.  Officials say Rutherford was found hiding in an apartment by a resident of that unit.  According to authorities, Rutherford was unwilling to leave, and the resident contacted police around 9:42 Tuesday morning.
