The incident occurred last December. Christopher Lyn Hamilton of Crawford, Arkansas, has been indicted by a Harrison County grand jury on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Investigators say Hamilton allegedly had the hatchet with him when entering the store. Two female workers and a male shopper were attacked. Hamilton fled the store following the atatck.
