Williams&#8217;s attorneys say evidence is still being gathered and they worry without a delay they won&#8217;t be ready. Judge Mike Snipes says October is still a long way off and he wants to keep the case on schedule.  Snipes said, &#8220;Both sides getting a fair trial is my paramount concern.
