Among new developments Thursday, KETK reports a motive was revealed as to why 37-year-old Randy Vinson killed his sister-in-law before being shot and killed by law enforcement. The Kilgore Police Department says Randy Vinson, while on drugs, shot and killed 32-year-old Elizabeth Vinson because she was kicking him out of her home over his alleged drug abuse.  Autopsy results show both of them died from multiple gunshot wounds.  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Investigators say Elizabeth Vinson was in a vehicle outside her house with two children when she was shot with a handgun by Randy Vinson. He fled into some woods but emerged and used an assault rifle to exchange gunfire with officers, who fatally shot him. No officers were hurt.
