TYLER — A young bicycle rider is hit by a car just outside Tyler shortly after 4 p.m. Sunday. KETK reports the victim is now identified as nine-year-old Sergio Moreno Jr. DPS troopers say it happened near the intersection of Loop 323 and Morningside Drive.
