KETK reports documents were filed Monday morning after the deadline to do so was extended by the 115th District Court.  Haslam, Daniel Jones, and Andrew Conrad Norwine were charged with kidnapping and killing the disabled Gammage.  Jones pleaded guilty October 30, 2013, and began serving a life sentence without parole. His sentencing was part of a plea agreement accepted in Upshur County\u2019s 115th District Court.   <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>According to probable cause arrest affidavits for Haslam and Jones, both of Longview, the suspects slashed a tire on Gammage\u2019s truck, then tricked him into taking a ride in Haslam\u2019s car. The suspects beat and killed Gammage before burning and attempting to hide his body in rural Upshur County.
