The wreck happened just after 9:45 p.m. on Highway 64 West and the Tyler loop. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say a semi truck was stopped in Highway 64&#8242;s southbound turn lane facing west. A pickup driven by Herrera-Vasquez was also traveling west in the inside lane and for unknown reasons collided with the back of the semi-trailer.
