KETK reports the victim was Charles Kenneth Gibbs, 73, of Overton. He was pronounced dead on scene by Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace Lyle Potter.  Officials say the accident happened between 7:00 p.m.and 8:00 p.m. on Highway 155 north of Gilmer.
