Mayor Barbara Bass says Earl Campbell Parkway and the completion of Grande were just a few projects under the city&#8217;s collective belt.  And getting Tylerites more involved is key in having all the plans come to fruition.   City Planner Heather Nick tells KETK, &#8220;The city is just really excited about all the involvement in this plan. It is so important that you involve your citizens in your community in a plan.
