Police tell KETK the body is that of Timothy Liles, 25, of Longview.  Around 1:00 p.m., a meter reader stumbled upon Liles&#8217;s body in the 2400 block of Loop 281. This is in the area of Brandon Avenue, across the loop from Goodwill.  Authorities originally believed Liles was from Winona before confirming his Longview residence. Liles had been staying at the Hiway 80 Rescue Mission for the past few nights.The case remains open pending autopsy results.
