According to KETK, the &#8220;business,&#8221; Concepts Incorporated, is claiming to sell &#8220;rally rags&#8221; to be used at the state championship game against Carthage this Friday.  But police say Concepts Incorporated is in no way affiliated with KISD and that the information the &#8220;business&#8221; is providing is incorrect.
