KETK reports it happened after illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia were found in an apartment unit rented out to the officer.  Donald Glynn Spencer, 27, who is not a police officer, was arrested on scene after Longview police and the County Organized Drug Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant at at the officer&#8217;s rental home Tuesday and recovered less than two ounces of marijuana and &#8220;different items of drug related paraphernalia.&#8221;<!--more-->   <\/p>\n<p>According to the Longview News-Journal and sources close to the investigation, the officer placed on leave is Lt. Mike Satterwhite, a veteran police officer who has been with the Longview Police Department since 1976.  The warrant was issued, just after 5:00 p.m. for an apartment which Spencer and Satterwhite share in the 300 block of Lake Lamond Avenue at the Autumnwood Apartments.
