Wesley Brian McDade, 36, was found Wednesday afternoon hiding under a trailer on relative\u2019s property in the Lindale area and was taken into custody without incident. He was booked in to the Smith County Jail on charges of strangulation or suffocation of a family member, which is a Third Degree Felony, and a parole violation relating to a previous assault charge. On Monday, the Smith County Sheriff\u2019s Office asked for the public\u2019s assistance with locating McDade. He was wanted for allegedly assaulting his wife at a residence on Highway 155 South in October. She suffered several injuries that required medical treatment.
