KETK reports Willie Earl Davis, 51, was sentenced to 15 years in prison. According to the Henderson County District Attorney\u2019s Office, a sergeant noticed a 4-wheeler driving on public roads, which is not legal. The officer stopped Davis and was issuing him a warning when he noticed alcohol on his breath. He admitted to drinking and was asked to perform a sobriety test. After angrily refusing to submit to a test, Davis was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated, authorities say. He later told authorities his blood would show traces of embalming fluid, marijuana, alcohol and cocaine.
