Gregg County jail records show Sarah Marie Adams, 48, of Longview was being held Wednesday on a theft charge. The Longview News-Journal reports Adams was arrested Monday and charged with shoplifting $170 worth of items. Adams last fall was sentenced to eight years in prison for the 2011 Christmas gift thefts, 10 years for burglary of a habitation and two years for burglary of a building. An attorney for Adams later found a mistake in the plea deal\u2019s wording and sought a new trial.
