KETK reports three men and two women stood before a judge Thursday.  They&#8217;re accused of possession of controlled substances such as 40 grams of methamphetamine and 3.5 ounces of marijuana, illegal possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, and stealing an ATV. Officials also confiscated $1,343.  Officials say the drugs have a street value of around $5,000.  The case has been under investigation for two years, according to law enforcement.  Children ages, 12, 13, and 17 were taken by Child Protective Services and placed with relatives.  <!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>The arrested parties are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>    Terry Tidwell, 32, of Laneville &#8211; Charged with manufacturing and delivery of controlled substance<br \/>\n    Jessica Page, 36, of Laneville &#8211; Charged with manufacturing and delivery of controlled substance<br \/>\n    Wallace Judalet, 24, of Henderson &#8211; Charged with possession of controlled substance and possession of marijuana<br \/>\n     Dezarae Pyers, 31, of Henderson &#8211; Charged with possession of controlled substance<br \/>\n     Ysidro Yanez, 55, of Overton &#8211; Charged with manufacturing and delivery of controlled substance and possession of marijuana<\/p>\n<p>The suspects were arrested at a home Wednesday night around 9:00 in the 400 block of Alma Street in Overton and 6895 Farm to Market Road 1798 in Laneville.  The warrants are a result of a joint investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Henderson Police Department, the Rusk County Sheriff&#8217;s Office, the Overton Police Department, and the Rusk County District Attorney&#8217;s Office.
