Officials tell KETK Charles Glenn Allen had been sought since he was indicted on aggravated robbery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges. The Smith County Sheriff\u2019s Department also has a warrant out for Allen for burglary. Allen\u2019s record includes being apprehended in 2012 for evading arrest, a class A misdemeanor.
