Debra Ingram Duffie, 52, died August 19. Justice of the Peace, B.H. Jameson, ordered an autopsy and according to the report, Duffie\u2019s cause of death was listed as hypertensive and ischemic heart disease. Officials said no foul play was found to contribute to Duffie\u2019s death.
