LONGVIEW — LeTourneau University has named Scott Fossey as the new senior director of development, responsible for managing the university\u2019s fundraising staff and reporting to the vice president for development. In recent years, Fossey has served as a president and chief development officer in private education and as morning meteorologist at Tyler CBS affiliate KYTX-TV. His plans are to continue his role as a weatherman at the TV station.<\/p>\n
