The contest is all about naming the best public restroom in the country, and Sulphur Springs has one of the 10 finalists. It\u2019s the public restroom on the town square, constructed using one-way mirrors. In other words, as City Manager Marc Maxwell says, it\u2019s \u201cjust like\u2026 you would expect to see in a police interrogation room, you can see out, but nobody else can see in.\u201d The restrooms were built last year as part of the downtown revitalization plan and are open 7 days a week.
