According to KETK, TxDOT is adding another lane on the Loop on both sides underneath the train trestle. Construction will start in February 2014. Officials say it should take about a year and half to finish. It\u2019s been in the works for years, but they needed funding and approval from city groups and the railroad to move forward. TxDOT will build a temporary overpass for the train so the railroad can continue to operate.
