Authorities say in the early morning hours, the person has been frequenting areas with school bus stops occupied by young females.  Earlier, officials say, he approached a young female and fled the area at a high rate of speed when adults attempted to make contact with him. That incident occurred at Highway 110 South and County Road 2228.
