OVERTON — Construction starts this week (September 16-20) on South Helen Street in Overton, where officials say 400 feet of 8-inch sewer line will be replaced in the 900 block and 220 feet of 6-inch sewer line will be replaced in the 200 block. A manhole will be replaced at the intersection of South Helen and McCool Street, which is located in the 200 block of South Helen.
