The accident happened around 5:15 Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Loop 323 and Donnybrook. Investigators said Tony Peters, from Flint, was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle westbound on the loop. Scott Plummer, of Tyler, was operating a Dodge Caravan eastbound on the loop in the inside lane. Tony Peters appears to have failed to yield right-of-way and turned into the path of Scott Plummer to go south on Donnybrook. Tony Peters was thrown onto the hood of Scott Plummer&#8217;s vehicle.
