Cole Park on July 30. The suspect is identified as Dennis Montrell Bendy, 19, of Tyler. Bond was set at $1,000,000 by Judge Jack Skeen. Bendy surrendered to investigators at the Tyler Police Department and arrested around 4:00 Wednesday afternoon. He was then transported to Smith County Jail. Investigators say they\u2019ve determined that Bendy was a second shooter along with Rakheem Goldstein, who had reportedly shot from the street into the park. Goldstein was arrested Monday.
