David Horn is set for trial in September for the attack last year on his wife, Misty.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>State District Judge Bobby Lockhart gave Horn&#8217;s lawyers Thursday until August 16 to let him know if Horn will plead guilty or go to trial. Bowie County sheriff&#8217;s deputies responding to a 911 call from Misty Horn&#8217;s daughter found the woman unconscious. She was in a coma for days.<\/p>\n<p>The Texarkana Gazette reports documents show Horn had access to drugs because of animal control work he did in Hooks.
