The wreck occurred Saturday morning on Interstate Highway 20 near mile marker 538. A big rig lost a tire drum which flew off and hit the windshield of a car driven by an Austin woman. Zackquelyn Johnson, 33, was hospitalized and died from her injuries on Monday. One of her three children in the car with her was injured.
