It happened around 1:45 Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Interstate 20 and Highway 69. Lindale Fire officials tell KETK the rig was carrying several large tanks was attempting to go underneath the bridge. The semi had low clearance, and the tanks on the truck hit the bricks on the bridge and knocked the tanks from the vehicle. Members of TxDOT were on the scene to investigate and inspect the scene. They say there was a little damage to the bridge.
