KETK reports John Gordon Brody, 44, entered the plea in May. Officials say all firearms and associated ammunition accessories were seized from the defendant. Officials found 38 unregistered firearms as well as more than 45 ammunition accessories. According to authorities, upon the issuance of the preliminary order of forfeiture, the United States will provide written notice to all third parties asserting a legal interest in any of the property to be forfeited.
