That&#8217;s according to KETK and the Longview News-Journal.  Officers were dispatched about 3:30 p.m. Friday to the 3500 block of Cedar Street, where they found Gerald Hosea Gibson, according to Kilgore Assistant Police Chief Roman Roberson.  Officers searched Gibson after they found he had a warrant for possession of a controlled substance, Roberson said.  \u201cThe officers also found he had three checks belonging to other folks,\u201d Roberson said.
