KETK reports it happened just after 9:00 pm on FM 343, about six miles east of Rusk.  William Walker, 48, of Rusk, was the victim.  According to reports by the Department of Public Safety, Walker&#8217;s truck rolled and he was ejected from the vehicle. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time.  There were no other vehicles involved in the crash, and there were no passengers in the vehicle.
