KETK reports 41-year-old Jodie Lyne Phillips was killed in the head on collision involving a car and truck.  Ms. Phillips was in the car, driven by Lance David Phillips, 26. The car was heading southbound on 279 when it drove into a truck head-on.  DPS says the driver of the truck, 45-year-old Alvardo Bernardo of Ben Wheeler, and a passenger, Bernardo&#8217;s 10-year-old son, were treated for minor injuries on scene.  Mr. Phillips was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
