The program was conducted during the Memorial Day holiday period.  <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Also, the Tyler Police Department conducted a recent traffic survey in the City of Tyler to determine what percentage of occupants of a vehicle were wearing seatbelts.  The survey results indicated that 96% of vehicle occupants were buckled up.
