The suspect was identified in a Wednesday afternoon press release from the Gun Barrel City Police Department as 19-year-old Donald Ray Huback, Jr., was finally apprehended inside a recreational vehicle he had been living in on Rising Star Trail in the Cherokee Shores subdivision. By Wednesday morning, Huback was in Smith County Jail held in lieu of bonds for aggravated assault on an officer, totaling $2.5 million.
