As the county&#8217;s statutory Emergency Management Director, Baker has advised all citizens to closely monitor weather conditions, as they can change rapidly, and to heed any watches and warnings.   \u201cI strongly encourage citizens to ensure that they have an emergency plan for themselves and their families,\u201d said Judge Baker.  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>There are a number of free tools in the event of severe weather.  One such tool is the Red Cross Tornado App which is available at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.redcross.org\/mobile-apps\/tornado-app\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/www.redcross.org\/mobile-apps\/tornado-app<\/a> for iPhone and Android devices.  Also, you can go to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tessa.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/www.tessa.org\/<\/a> to find emergency precautions; that&#8217;s the website of the Texas Severe Storms Association.
