He was sentenced in Tyler yesterday to 48 months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Leonard E. Davis. According to prosecutors, from at least August 14, 2011, Lindsey possessed and distributed methamphetamine in East Texas. A federal grand jury returned an indictment on November 7, 2012, charging Lindsey with drug trafficking violations.
