That&#8217;s according to KETK.  The two had previously been scheduled for trial Monday, June 3rd. The Kimbleys were arrested and indicted on 13 counts of child endangerment last year. The five surviving Kimbley children were removed from the Kimbleys&#8217; care following the death of their two-year-old son Jacob in August of 2012. <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Officials with Child Protective Services cited \u201cneglectful supervision\u201d of so many children, which resulted in Jacob Kimbley\u2019s death, as the reason for the indictment. Earlier reports said Jacob went missing during a game of hide-and-seek and was later found in a septic tank after an extensive search.  The Kimbleys\u2019 five remaining children were placed in foster care after the incident. The Kimbleys&#8217; house was reportedly in very poor condition, which left the children exposed to various health hazards.
