The 6th Court of Appeals upheld the verdict against Glenn Wade Myers Jr., 56, of Big Sandy. Last June Myers was sentenced to 60 years in prison for the shooting death of Cindy Espinosa, 52. Authorities say Myers became upset when Espinosa asked him to pay for repairs to a water well located on their shared property.
