Robbie Newby was indicted April 17 on four counts of sexual exploitation of a child and one count of possession of child pornography. Newby had an initial appearance Monday in Tyler federal court.  Authorities claim he coerced or persuaded a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing visual depictions of such conduct.  The offenses allegedly took place in Anderson County.
