Todd Fleming, 53, was indicted by a federal grand jury on April 17 and charged with 24 counts of sexual exploitation of a child and one count of possession of child pornography. The offenses are said to have occurred while Fleming lived in Tyler. He now lives in McKinney. <\/p>\n<p>Fleming went before U.S. Magistrate John D. Love in Tyler for his initial court appearance on Wednesday. According to the indictment, from 1999 to 2007, Fleming coerced or persuaded minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of photographing such conduct. The victims were said to be from 12 to 17 years of age.
