Following the Boston Marathon bombing and its aftermath, Gohmert renewed his call for a fence along the border with Mexico. Gohmert says some Mexican immigrants may not be what they seem. He tells C-Span, \u201cWe know al-Qaeda has camps over with the drug cartels on the other side of the Mexican border. We know that people are now being trained to come in and act like Hispanic when they\u2019re radical Islamists.\u201d Gohmert also says the U.S. should be more cautious in allowing Chechens to enter the country, and deport those who have records of violence.
