Around 10:30 Wednesday morning, detectives from the Smith County Sheriff\u2019s Office Criminal Investigation Division and the Children\u2019s Advocacy Center completed an investigation of injury to a child, a third degree felony. The suspect was identified as Rachelle Ann Hartgraves. She was arrested Wednesday at the Smith County Adult Probation Department on Elm Street, where she worked. <\/p>\n<p>The arrest is the culmination of an investigation that was initiated in 2012 and was recently re-initiated and completed on March 12. The arrest warrant was issued by 114th State District Judge Christi Kennedy. Bond has been set at $10,000.
