KETK reports Jason Stevens Rand (pictured), 31, and Oriel Jacinta Alexander, 21, are awaiting charges, according to the Houston Police Department jail records. The duo allegedly killed David James Cherry, 28, at a home in Marshall on Friday morning. He was found with a single gunshot wound to his head. Rand\u2019s bail is set at $2,500 on a possession charge.
