The Nacogdoches County Sheriff office released a search warrant in the 2700 block of Old Tyler Road. According to KETK, Sheriff Jason Bridges stated that he had received several complaints from citizens in the area of ongoing drug activity. The investigation took place at three locations that were believed to be distributing crack cocaine. Deputies conducted several undercover purchases of crack cocaine from that area. A search turned up crack cocaine, digital scales, currency and drug paraphernalia.
