According to KETK, the arrest of the Aviation Machinist&#8217;s Mate Airman Christopher Browning, Athens, Texas (pictured) and  Aviation Electrician&#8217;s Mate Skyler Dozierwalker, both 23, prompted outraged reactions from Japanese officials and resulted in the imposition of a curfew by the U.S. military on its troops in Japan.
