It&#8217;s set for Monday, January 21. This year\u2019s theme is \u201cA Perspective on Character, Color &#038; Courage in America.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Individuals and groups will meet downtown on the Square at 8:30 am for a short program and then begin the march at 9:00 am to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. The program at the church will begin at 10:00 am.  The keynote speaker is Fred McClure, who is the Director of the George H.W. Bush Library Foundation at Texas A&#038;M University.
