KETK reports 31-year-old Randy Lee Ellinwood (pictured) has pleaded guilty to the murder of Joseph Thibodeaux in April of last year. 27-year-old Erin Belz also pleaded guilty to the murder. Authorities say the two allegedly beat Thibodeaux outside of Belz\u2019s house in Nacogdoches and left him to die in the back seat of his own truck.
