HENDERSON \u2014 A Northeast Texas teen on trial for allegedly murdering a woman and her two children said she will plead insanity. Rachel Nicole Pittman, of Redwater, has been accused of stabbing a woman and her two young children to death in May of 2011. She then allegedly set the victim\u2019s house on fire.
