One such scam that was seen Friday involves an email sent to citizens purportedly from Fed Ex. When citizens open the email, they\u2019re told a courier tried to deliver a package to them but was unsuccessful. This email contains a link for the citizen to click on for further information. It is believed the link may contain a virus or some other type of malware. Longview police warn citizens to never click on an unsolicited email or link they are not familiar with.
