Sheriff officials tell KETK, they received a call about an assault in the 100 block of Wood County Road 223, near Mineola on Monday. When officials arrived, the suspect had fled. However, during the investigation, officials uncovered his name and issued a warrant for Joshua Allen Stine, 22, of Mineola. Stine was arrested later that day just before 3:00. He has been booked into the Wood County Jail, where he remains behind bars charged with evading arrest, criminal trespass, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond was set at a combined $62,000.
